SBR Sport Exchange\/ Refund policy for Shoes
\nShoes may be returned if the shoes are found to be damaged or faulty. If the shoe is faulty or was damaged before purchase, we will exchange the product on condition that it is returned within five days of purchase. If replacement of the shoes is not possible due to availability, we will refund the purchase price of the item.<\/p>\n

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will replace, exchange or refund the shoes, providing you have the original invoice, and that the shoes are returned with their original packaging and in a saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased with a gift card may only be exchanged, not refunded.<\/p>\n

While we endeavor to advise you as to your purchase of running shoes to the best of our ability, the final selection of the shoe will be made by you, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that they are suitable, particularly in size, before testing them outside or on the road. Advice is always given holistically, so you would need to commit to the regimen of exercises prescribed for you, and any other recommended therapy in order to fully benefit from the assessment or advice given.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
