With the Covid-19 posing a major threat to health we have decided to take the following steps and to remind you of methods of communication that are already in place.<\/p>\n

  1. Customers are able to order shoes from us without coming in. This will resume as soon as the Lockdown is over. We can set shoes aside for you in the interim.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \nWe will courier them to you at our expense. This has been available for a few years now and we have customers that make use of this facility. We did set up an online shop but it proved to be a real pain. So, just send us a WhatsApp or call us on 066 236 9187 and we will get you sorted out. A word of thanks goes out to those who have supported our small business over the years. We really do appreciate the support and hope that it has been reciprocated by good service and a commitment to constantly enrich the lives of all who follow us online.    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Coaching Service.<\/strong>
    \nWe have the privilege of coaching a growing number of both runners and triathletes. This is done online via Training Peaks. We normally meet face to face with prospective athletes but can easily move that to a face time call. This has already been done with international athletes.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Pronation Checks,\u00a0 Injury Advice etc. \u00a0<\/strong>
    \nWe have consulted with injured athletes over the years through pronation checks and runners leg assessments. We can move parts of that online and have already had people asking for injury consults.<\/p>\n

  4. Dietitian Consults.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \nOur Dietitian, Esme is also able to do consultations online. You can go to the contacts page and get all her details there.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    So, WhatsApp us on 066 236 9187 if you want to set up an online consult. R 450 for a 30 min consult. No fee for people wanting to join the coaching program.<\/p>\n
