Part of the tradition is to take a “Mean” runner photo. This was the photo from our recently held Comrades Camp in Dullstroom.
Lactate, Glucose and Hydration testing can make a huge difference to your running. You will get an accurate physiological look into just how hard your body is working via lactate testing. You will be able to evaluate how well your body is working with your nutrition strategy and you will get an idea if you are taking on enough fluids via hydration testing.
Water, bananas, and sweets will be provided on the runs with vehicle backup along the route.
I really believe that this will add tremendous value to your next running challenge.
It would be great to see you there.
Mike Roscoe.
Coach and Kinesiologist.
