Total cost for camp and testing – R 1700.

We are restricting the camp size. We will not allow athletes in who just want to do one session and pay for that alone.

Lactate, Glucose and Hydration testing can make a huge difference to your athletic performance. You will get an accurate physiological look into just how hard your body is working via lactate testing. You will be able to evaluate how well your body is working with your nutrition strategy and you will get an idea if you are taking on enough fluids via hydration testing.

Water, bananas, and sweets will be provided on the runs with vehicle backup along the route.

I really believe that this will add tremendous value to your next running and triathlon challenge.

It would be great to see you there.
