  • I have weakness and loss of muscle mass from the right glut down to the foot. Causes lots of problems as you can imagine. There’s only occasional mild pain, fortunately. I’ve been found to have a hypertrophied piriformis and the sciatic nerve bisects the piriformis. I’ve seen several different people who have given me many different exercises. Your discussion regarding the relationship of the piriformis, QL, etc. was very informative and enlightening. From your blog, it sounds like you do assessments. I would love to see you for this but I live in Bethesda, Maryland in the US! Do you know of people in this area who do what you do?
    Thanks,
    RG

      Hi Rena,
I am unfortunately not aware of anyone in your area. I hope you manage to get yourself successfully rehabbed.
      Regards,
      Mike.

  • Hi

Are you guys affiliated with the ON Running shoe test that’s apparently happening tomorrow, Wednesday 10th, in Sunninghill? I was told there is a shoe test run by the folks at Tifosi Sport (to get a proper sense of the ON Running Cloudstratus) and I just wanted to be sure of the info before driving out there for no reason.
