Getting Rid of Shin Splints Video Series.

I recently did 6 videos for our Instagram page on shin splints and decided to put them all together on one page for easy reference.

I suffered from shin splints for an entire year, literally from 17 to 18 years of age. They just kept coming back. I was eventually sponsored a pair of shoes from one of the shoe companies. They got me into the right shoe and with a bit of good advice they soon disappeared and have never been back. Each video is just under 1 min long.
