Have you been toying around with the idea of one day doing a full Ironman? The 3,8km swim, 180 km bike ride and 42.2 km run is something that you have always wanted to do but you just haven’t had the time to train. Well, maybe we can turn a bucket list item into reality.

This is what I need from you. A background of having competed in at least one 5150 or 70.3 IM distance.

A willingness to hit 13 hours of training on your max week.

Let’s get you going now to get you to Ironman Port Elizabeth on 21 November 2021. Of course we can change the dates for any of the full Ironmen events that you want to compete in around the world. Athletes joining the program during the month will be charged on a pro rata basis.

 

I charge for the online coaching, advice etc and membership with Training Peaks, the app that I use to communicate the program with you. For added benefits that we offer, please go to the coaching page.
